Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any paperwork and relax in our lounge. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

We kindly request all devices be silenced. Phone calls should be taken outside the spa to maintain our peaceful atmosphere.

We recommend that you leave cell phones, pagers and valuables at home for your visit. We will provide you with robes, slippers and housecoats for appropriate treatments. Please try to bring open-toed sandals if you are having a pedicure to avoid damaging polish.

In consideration for others who are trying to get an appointment and the therapists professional time, please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A charge of 50% of the cost of the appointment will apply for notification less than 24 hours and a full charge will apply for “no shows.

We welcome children to partake in spa services with parents, however if you are receiving spa treatments we ask that you please respect the other clients time for rest and relaxation. Please ensure children are fully supervised for appointments no longer than 30 minutes. For longer scheduled appointments please arrange babysitting.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy when booking. Some treatments may not be advisable.

Wear comfortable clothing. Robes and slippers are provided for treatments. Undergarments may be worn during body treatments as preferred.

Maintain quiet conversation to preserve the tranquil environment for all guests.

Your professional aesthetician will recommend home treatment products to extend the benefits of your treatments. We use only the best skin and body care and can help you with any concerns or questions. Take some of your spa experience home with you!
